Brow Tattooing experience you can trust

With more than 10 years of eyebrow tattooing experience, Sam has helped hundreds of clients achieve softer, more balanced brows, from first-time cosmetic tattooing to correcting old work that no longer feels right.

As the first artist on the Sunshine Coast to offer the  combination brow technique, Sam has built a reputation for natural results, thoughtful design and a highly personalised approach.

Her work has also been recognised nationally, with Sam named a 2025 ABIA Finalist for Australian Cosmetic Tattooist of the Year,
Today, a large part of her work involves brow corrections, assessing faded, uneven or over-saturated previous tattooing and creating the safest, most natural pathway forward.

Experienced. Natural. Considered

Cosmetic tattooing has changed enormously over the years, and so has the way we approach brow design.

Over that time, Sam has worked with everything from untouched brows to faded, over-saturated and uneven previous tattooing.

Her approach has always been the same: enhance what is already there, work with your features and create brows that still feel like you.

For clients with old cosmetic tattooing, experience matters even more. Existing pigment, scar tissue, shape and colour all affect what can safely and realistically be achieved.

Not sure which brow style is right for you?

You don’t need to choose a technique before your appointment. We’ll assess your natural brow growth, skin type, facial features and desired result, then recommend the style most likely to heal beautifully and complement you long-term. Every set of brows is individually designed, never one-size-fits-all.

Eyebrow Feathering/ Nano Brows

Fine, machine-created hairstrokes are used to mimic the look of natural brow hair and softly fill sparse areas.

This technique is ideal if you want a light, realistic result that blends beautifully with your existing brow hair.

Good for:

  • Sparse brows
  • Soft enhancement
  • Filling small gaps
  • Those wanting the most natural-looking finish.

Ombre Brows

Soft shading is used through the brow to create a more defined, polished finish while still keeping the overall result balanced and natural.

The intensity can be customised from soft and subtle to more structured and makeup-like.

Good for:

  • Clients wanting more definition
  • Fuller-looking brows
  • Oily skin types
  • Those who usually fill their brows in with makeup.

Combination Brows

Combination brows blend natural-looking hairstrokes with soft shading to create both texture and definition.

Hairstrokes add softness while shading creates extra fullness and structure through the brow.

Good for:

  • Sparse brows that need more shape
  • Those wanting a natural but polished result
  • Anyone wanting more definition than hairstrokes alone.
  • Clients with patchy hair growth

Have old brow tattooing you need fixed?

You’re not alone.

A large part of our brow work now involves clients who already have cosmetic tattooing that has:

  • Faded to grey, blue, red or orange
  • Become too dark or saturated
  • Lost definition over time
  • Been placed unevenly
  • No longer suits their face
  • Been tattooed too many times to simply cover again

Correcting old brow tattooing is very different from working on untouched skin.

Sometimes we can colour-correct or refresh what is already there. Other times, the safest and most natural approach is to lighten or remove some of the existing pigment before creating new brows.

Not every old tattoo should be covered.

Cosmetic tattoos are only semi permanent and designed to fade out over time. Most of our clients need a refresh around the 2-3yr mark, although each skin type will retain pigment differently.

You should let at least 50% of your tattoo fade before coming back for a refresh. If your brows are not refreshed the colour will slowly fade out over time.

Everyone has a different pain threshold, but majority of our clients are pleasently surprised at the comfort of a brow tattoo.

We recommend using numbing cream for your treatment, we work with a local compound chemist and can help you get this organized to bring in for your treatment.

We do our best to keep you as comfortable as possible during your treatment. Your eyes will be closed during the treatment so you can relax and enjoy our massage bed.

Cosmetic tattooing is a multi-treatment process. Your first appointment will take approx. 2hrs where we will do an in-depth consultation, design, measurements and draw your new shape.

Once you are happy with the chosen shape the actual tattooing process takes about 30-45mins.

After this appointment we let your brows heal for 6 weeks before coming back for a touch up appointment. This appointment takes 45mins-1hr and we will perfect anything needed with your brows. At this appointment you have the option to make any changes or add to your new brows.

Sometimes, but not always. Existing pigment needs to be assessed first. If the tattoo is too dark, saturated, uneven or outside the ideal shape, correction or lightening may be recommended before new tattooing.

We carry out a thorough consultation before your tattoo process to explain the differences between the techniques and styles. Your technician will work with you to discuss your brow goals and expectations.

After assessing your brows, skin and lifestyle we will then give you recommendations on what we believe will give you the results you are after.

At your initial appointment we like to start off more natural to give you time before your next session to let them settle and see how you like them. By doing this it gives us the opportunity to make any changes and add to them at your touch up appointment.

Days 1–2
Brows will look darker and more defined than the final healed result.

Days 3–7
Light flaking or peeling may occur as the surface heals.

Weeks 2–6
Colour softens and settles as the deeper layers continue healing. Your brows may look patchy during this time.

6-8 weeks
We assess your healed result and complete your perfecting session.
